Charlene is a clinical social worker and founder of Caring Safely® which provides trauma-informed education and training to individuals and organizations.  She has specialized in compassion fatigue prevention since 2008.  Charlene is also a sessional instructor with the University of Calgary, Faculty of Social Work and was a subject matter expert in trauma-informed practice with Bow Valley College.
